Fancy Clipboards

After a lot of encouraging by my dear friends I am posting these clipboards. I LOVE making them they are lots of fun to make and design. I will be making up several to sell at a craft show on November 7th in our neighborhood. That I will post here first for you to see and if you like one you can purchase it. Or if you have some specific colors/theme in mind I would be happy to create on for you.

Pricing

Small Clipboard (6x9) $8 each.

Large Clipboard (9x12) $14 each.

You pick the colors and or theme. Price includes name within the design. Clipboards use a combination of paper, stamps, ribbon and stickers. Designs are not dimensional so that it does not interfere with the writing surface.

The small clipboards have an optional magnetic backing for an additional $2. This allows you to put your clipboard on the fridge or filing cabinet—they are great for reminders and grocery lists!

I love my clipboard! It would make a great gift for a teacher. I use mine for attendance and taking notes at faculty/parent meetings. Thanks Kirstin.

Corn Casserole

1 can whole kernal corn,drained
1 can cream style corn
1 package corn muffin mix
1 cup sour cream
1/2 cup butter, melted
1-1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar

Directions
Preheat oven 350 degrees
IN a large bowl, stir together 2 cans of corn, corn muffin mix, sour cream, and melted butter. Pour into greased 9x13 casserole dish. Bake for 45 minutes or until golden brown. Remove from oven and top with cheddar. Return to oven for 5-10 minutes, or until cheese is melted. Let stand for at least 5 minutes and then serve warm.

Chewy Cocoa Brownies
Mmm Good!

1 2/3 cup sugar
3/4 cup butter or margarine
2 tbsp water
2 large eggs
2 tsp vanilla
1 1/3 cups flour
3/4 cup baking cocoa
1/tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
3/4 cup nuts (optional)
powdered sugar

Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Grease 9x13 pan
Combine - sugar,butter and water in large bowl. Stir in eggs and vanilla. Combine flour cocoa, baking powder and salt in a medium bowl; stir into sugar mixture. Stir in nuts. Spread into pan.
Bake 18-25 minutes or until wooden pick comes out slightly sticky. Cool completely on wire rack. Sprinkle with powdered sugar. Cut into bars. Makes 2 dozen brownies.

Monkey Break
Umm Good and Gooey too!

3 packages of refrigerated biscuits (cheap ones)
1 cup of sugar
2 tsp cinnamon
1 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup margarine

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray a tube pan with non stick spray.
Cut each biscuit into quarters, toss in cinnamon and suguar mixture. Start layering them in the tube pan.
When you have finished cutting and coating the biscuits you will need to put the brown sugar and margarine into a saucepan and melt on medium heat. Let it come to a boil and boil for 1 minute.
Pour sauce over biscuits. Bake in oven for 35 minutes. Let cool for 10 minutes. Turn onto a plate - pull apart and serve!
